Our cleans are available on a weekly, biweekly, monthly or one-time basis. Please reach out to us personally for spring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out  cleaning, post-construction cleaning and real estate cleaning. 

Residential & Cottage Cleaning

• Thorough dusting of all surfaces

• Kitchen surfaces cleaned, de-grimed and sanitized including counters and outside cupboard doors

• Clean and polish outside of stove, fridge, and dishwasher

• Cleaning of inside and outside of microwave

• Remove spots off wall 

• Vacuuming of all floors and mopping of hardwood or tile

• Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms including bathtubs, showers, toilets, cupboards, mirrors and wall wipe downs 

• Cleaning of baseboards 

• Cleaning of  windowsills  

• Clean pictures and mirrors on walls 

• Vacuum upholstered furniture

Rental Changeovers

Service includes but not limited to :

• Property check to ensure everything is in it's place

We also offer linen services if your rental provides sheets and or towels for your guests.

We can check your property as frequently as needed.  Some insurance companies require you have a security check when the property is vacant.
